If you have any questions, there are a few ways to reach the SalsaNor Rueda Congress organizers:
Before the event:
- Email/Contact Form: use our Contact Us page with a form you can fill out. Messages sent through that form go to the organizers (the event is primarily organized by two SalsaNor staff, Henriette and Reidun). You can expect a reply via email. Alternatively, you can email them directly at their contact email (which is often given as post@ruedacongress.com for general inquiries). This is the best method for detailed questions, registration issues, or special requests.
- Facebook Page: SalsaNor Rueda Congress has an active Facebook page. They encourage people to check the page for news and you can also send a Facebook message or post a question there. The team or community members often respond relatively quickly. It’s useful for quick questions or getting updates.
- Instagram: They have an Instagram account (@ruedacongress). While DMs there might also reach them, it’s more for updates. For official queries, stick to email or Facebook.
During the event: There will be an info desk at the venue (usually near the main dance hall lobby). The info desk is staffed by organizers/volunteers who can answer questions, sell merchandise or party passes, and help solve issues on-site. So if you’re at the congress and need anything – lost & found, schedule info, etc. – just head to the info desk.
NOTE! E-mails, social media etc. will generally not be answered during the event due to capacity. Use the info-desk!
