To keep up with the latest information, you have a few channels:

  • Official Website News: The congress website has a News section where they post announcements (lineup reveals, workshop schedules, travel tips, etc.). In the lead-up to the event, they frequently update it. Browsing the “News Archive” on the site gives you all past updates.
  • Newsletter: You can subscribe to the SalsaNor Rueda Congress email newsletter on the website. There’s a signup box where you enter your email, and they will send periodic newsletters with important updates (e.g. when registration opens, artist announcements, reminders as the event approaches). This is a great way to not miss anything. Many pages on the site, including the prices page and contact page, have the newsletter signup prompt. If you signed up for a pass, you might already be on the mailing list.
  • Social Media: Follow the event on Facebook and Instagram. The Facebook page posts news and also creates an event page each year where participants can interact. Instagram (@ruedacongress) will show photos, artist announcements, and stories in real time during the congress. Social media is perfect for getting hype updates like “Only 10 passes left!” or “Check out this instructor highlight,” etc.

By combining these, you’ll be very well-informed. In particular, we recommend subscribing to the newsletter and following on Facebook, as important logistical updates are often communicated through those channels. And of course, if you’re ever unsure or need clarification, refer back to the FAQ or reach out to the organizers directly. They’re friendly and happy to help make your congress experience smooth and enjoyable.

NOTE! During the event, the best source to your information is the info-desk on site! It will be manned with volunteers from the organizers and usually have info screens.
