policy and Conditions

  • Cancellation of your fullpass or pre-congress pass must be done in writing to post@ruedacongress.com

    Please submit your full name, and your order confirmation. For refund we will also need your bank account, bank name, bank address, IBAN and Swift code.

  • Refund of any congress pass:

    Cancellation date Refund
    Until May 1st 70% of your payment
    Until July 1st 50% of your payment
    After July 1th No refund
  • Sell your pass – only with a written confirmation in advance from post@ruedacongress.com First, check the sign-up status. You may only sell to a dance role and level that is available. Email us the name, email, role and level of the buyer. If approved, the buyer will receive a code to register with, without payment. Changes will be charged with administrative fee of €35.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation

The venue hotel has its own policy. Remember to communicate directly with the hotel for any change or cancellation, as all bookings are done directly with them.

Last-minute requests

Unfortunately, we are not able to handle last-minute changes the week before the congress.

Tip: We recommend checking your travel insurance for claiming the amount that the Rueda Congress is not able to refund. We are happy to help with documentation.
