If you would like to stay at the main venue during the congress, we recommend that you book as soon as possible. The Early Bird period for members passes will end on New Years Eve.
Our Rueda Congress hotel prices
Single rooms are NOK1140 (approx. €97) and double rooms NOK1250 (approx. €107). These prices are per room per night, including an impressive award winning breakfast buffet with an extensive hot and cold dishes. Rooms at Scandic Ishavshotel are modern and comfortable, decorated in a Scandinavian style with clean lines, light wood, and large windows — many with sea or fjord views.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its breakfast buffet — regarded as one of the best in the county. For drinks and a more casual vibe, the Roast Bar — located by the water — offers a great view of the harbour, the bridge, and the Arctic Cathedral. It’s a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Scandic Ishavshotel enjoys a truly unique location right on the quay in the heart of downtown Tromsø. The hotel stretches out over the water of the Tromsø strait — many rooms offer panoramic views of the harbour, the iconic Arctic Cathedral (Ishavskatedralen), and the surrounding fjords and mountains.
