Welcome to the sign-up for the 23rd SalsaNor Rueda Congress, and to join us in the stunning ‘Paris of the North’, Tromsø, Norway – home of the Aurora, the northern light, and also home of the Midnight Sun.

We are always thrilled about bringing the global Rueda de Casino family to a new venue city every year, and this year we are especially excited!! We will be dancing above the Arctic Circle, and the venue city is probably the most exotic place we have taken the Rueda Congress so far. And probably a destination most of you never have been, or even thought you would be visiting.

Tromsø was the #2 of the 10 trending destinations in the world to visit in 2025. Now it´s your turn! We are very happy to announce the amazing Scandic Ishavshotel as our main venue, beautifully situated at the water front in the centre of the city.
