This years’ main venue hotel has conference facilities with a capacity for up to 450 participants. You can order delicious food from a modern à la carte menu that offers fresh seafood and locally produced meat – all prepared in our open kitchen. Our hotel has free WiFi.

Scandic Ishavshotel is located only 50 metres from the Hurtigruten ferry, and 4 minutes from the Polar museum. In Tromso you can also go on a whale safari and enjoy a midnight concert in Ishavskatedralen church.

The hotel is located just 6 km from the airport, and is situated in the very centre of the city.

SAGA HOTEL TROMSØ

The Saga Hotel Tromsø is our wonderful second 4-star option, just  2-3 min. walk from the other hotel, and which building also contains 2 of our workshop rooms.

A limites amount of rooms are available at our very reasonable congress prices, so be quick! And these prices are only available for the nights within the period of 3rd-7th of September (and minimum 2 nights).

Single room NOK 1090 per night (app. 96 €), double or twin rooms NOK 1140 per night (app. 101 €), including an absolutely astonishing breakfast buffet.

Saga Hotel is a modern, centrally located conference hotel in the heart of Tromsø. Situated right next to the cathedral and the Hurtigruten terminal, the hotel offers rooms with stunning views of the city or the Arctic Cathedral, even panoramic views of the mountain Tromsdalstinden.
Guests will find modern amenities, including a private garage, a fitness center and complimentary coffee. The airport bus stops just outside the hotel entrance.

Apart from accommodation, two of the workshop rooms, and also venue for the parties & the Gala dinner is at the Scandic Ishavshotel. At Saga Hotel Tromsø  we have one of the workshops rooms, and the BUL room is also in the same building.
In order to have all the space and different workshops rooms needed, we will also be using the following additional venues. The great thing about being in a small city, is that the distances are very small. Only one of the venues is a 4-5 min walk away from the main venue hotel, all the others take between 1-3 minutes walk to get to. The other venues are:  BUL-salen, Austadbygget and Habibi Dance Studio

Rooms at these prices ar available until May 15th. Cancellation of rooms may be done without payment before the same date, May 15th. After May 15th rooms must be paid.

The code is valid for accommodation between 2 – 7 September.
If you wish to book accommodation outside of 2 – 7 September, this must be booked without using the code – for example, when staying from 1 September or until 8 September. After May 2026, we cannot guarantee the capacity or price stated in the offer, and excess rooms will be released for sale.
Cancellation of rooms without payment may be done until May 15th.
