A Full Pass includes virtually everything the congress offers. Specifically, it covers:
- All workshops throughout the weekend (across all days, with access to any class at or below your level, in up to 7 parallel rooms)
- All four parties (Thursday Opening Party, Friday “Fiesta Sabor Cubano”, Saturday Gala Party, and Sunday Farewell Party)
- The Friday Daytime Social event (the off-site daytime city excursion on Friday)
- Meals during the event: The Full Pass normally includes some meals – for 2025 it included the 3-course Gala Dinner on Saturday night. The lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday is included certain years depending on the venue. (Check specific information for the current year)
- All social activities, shows, and performances that are part of the official program.
The pass price is set in Euros regardless of the host country. Payment is done online at registration. Keep in mind that accommodation is usually not included (see Travel & Accommodation FAQs for lodging info). Despite the cost, the Full Pass is a great value since it bundles workshops, parties, and even meals – essentially an all-access pass to the whole congress experience.
