Yes, the SalsaNor Rueda Congress often sells out all its passes. In recent years, demand has been high and tickets can sell out months before the event. Because of this, the organizers provide a notification list (waitlist). On the website, you can enter your name, email, and desired level to be notified if any passes become available. This could happen if someone cancels and a spot opens up, or if they release additional passes. If you sign up for the waitlist (the “Notify Me” form), you will get an email if and when you are offered a chance to buy a pass. Offers may be first-come-first-served, so respond quickly if you get one.
Aside from the formal waitlist, it’s also worth keeping an eye on the event’s Facebook page or community groups – sometimes people who can’t attend will post that they are selling their pass (with organizer approval). But your best bet is to book early when registration opens to secure your spot. If you missed out, join the waitlist and you might get lucky. And even if Full Passes sell out, remember that Party Passes might still be available closer to the event, so you could at least attend the parties (see the Parties section for details on Party Passes).
