During the gala dinner at the SalsaNor Rueda Congress in Tromsø, we asked everyone to write down their favorite rueda call.
A rueda call may be a figure, like vacilala or enchufla, or other terms used by rueda callers, like mentira, una bulla, switch, contrario or similar.
The most popular rueda call turned out to be mentira, with 17 votes. Next were vacilala and enroscala, with 11 votes each.
You see the full result as a word cloud in the picture at the top of the page, where the various local dialects of each call are written the same way, to get the right picture. (Otherwise calls like vacilala, which had 5 different spellings, would appear as 5 different calls.)
