SalsaNor Rueda Congress 2024

We hope you are as excited as us to go to Athens for the 21st congress!! As usual it will be a 4-day event starting Thursday 12th of September.
The Full Pass includes all workshops and all 4 parties, plus the 3 main meals: Gala Dinner Saturday evening with lots of program that you don´t want to miss, and lunches Saturday and Sunday.
We will also offer a pre-congress day, not included in the Full Pass, with a separate sign-up being published January 2024.
Here is all you need to know for booking your Full Pass and hotel:

We have established an international SalsaNor membership for our non-profit organization SalsaNor. The membership is 10€ per year, and the Early Bird launch of the SalsaNor Rueda Congress passes will be available for members first.

This means that for the first sign-up period, only members can purchase the pass. And for the next period, and next price, the remaining passes will be available for everyone else, although members will always benefit from a members discount.

Please read carefully all the information with regards to the different passes, discounts and other important details before you sign up.
The member discount is already incorporated in the prices. The prices will increase 30 Euros per pass after Early Bird period.
Sign-up for the Pre-Congress day Thursday 12th of September, will be published January 2024.

Transfer of pass to another participant has to be communicated to post@ruedacongress.com. This is only possible without changing role (Lead/Follow) or level. In order to do the transfer to another person, we need the following information of the new pass holder:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number incl. country code

Registration of pass transfer is charged with an administrative fee of €50. The new pass holder will then receive a new order confirmation and QR code. We accept pass transfers until September 5th 2024.

Cancellation of your fullpass, meals or pre-congress pass must be done in writing to post@ruedacongress.com

Please submit your full name, and your order confirmation. For refund we will also need your bank account, bank name, bank address, IBAN and Swift code.

Unfortunately, we are not able to handle last-minute changes the week before the congress.

Tip: We recommend checking your travel insurance for claiming the amount that the Rueda Congress is not able to refund. We are happy to help with documentation.
