Nice to know about the Congress Pass

  • If you are booking for a group, you can add up to 10 participants per booking by choosing ‘add another’ in the form.
  • Please read our cancellation policy carefully before signing up.
  • Transfer of pass to another participant is only possible without changing role (Lead/Follow) or level, and is charged with an administrative fee of €35. Send and e-mail to post@ruedacongress.com and get a link where you may do the transfer. The new pass holder will then receive a new order confirmation and QR code. We accept pass transfers until September 1st 2025.
  • Change to a higher level is not possible after sign-up.
  • The first sign-up is available only for members of SalsaNor.

If you are not already a member, you may sign up for the 10€ SalsaNor Membership above. The reference number on your order confirmation will serve as your membership number to insert in the sign-up form.

The membership last 1 year and gives discounts also on other SalsaNor events, such as SalsaNor Dance Holidays. You’ll also receive our regular newsletters.
