Included in the SalsaNor Rueda Congress Pass are the following 3 meals:

• Saturday & Sunday lunch buffet in the Deep Blue Restaurant with a large variety of hot & cold dishes.

• Saturday Gala Dinner in the main conference rooms will also be served as a buffet with this variety of dishes:

    • Greek salad, Potato salad with bacon and mustard, Barley rusk salad with tomato, rocket and anthotiro cheese, Chicken with corn and multi-colour bell peppers, Βeetroot salad, Panachée salad, Eggplant salad with walnuts and Italian salad with cold cuts and pickles

• • Cheese selection from Greece and around the world
  • Hot dishes
    • Sautéed perch with saffron sauce, Chicken with estragon and mustard, Pork scaloppini with sweet wine sauce, Mini burger patties with BBQ sauce, Mushroom rice, Seasonal vegetables, Potatoes with oregano and Farfalle with four cheese sauce
  • Desserts: Selection of fruit, Apple pie,  Strawberry Millefeuille, Crème caramel, Chocolate mousse, Selection of Greek desserts

A complete beverage package is included throughout the Gala Dinner, including House Wine (white & red – labeled, bottled), Beers and Soft Drinks, still & sparkling water (unlimited consumption).

Meals at the Deep Blue restaurant are served at the following times:

Breakfast 7:30-10:30
Lunch 13:00-16:30
Dinner 19:30-22:30

Gala Dinner Saturday:
Seating 19:30
Dinner starts 20:00

If you wish to buy any other meals from the venue hotel (breakfast buffet is of course included for everyone staying at the hotel), our Rueda Congress price is 23€ for lunch or dinner buffet and may be purchased at the entrance to the restaurant.

In order to get the 23€ price, you have to show your SalsaNor Rueda Congress bracelet.
