Please read carefully all the information with regards to the different passes, discounts and other important details before you sign up.

The Congress Pass

Choose your type of pass, fill in your personal information. If you sign up with a Couple Pass, remember to submit both your own and your partners form in order to get the Couple Pass.

Transfer of pass to another participant has to be communicated to post@ruedacongress.com. This is only possible without changing role (Lead/Follow) or level. In order to do the transfer to another person, we need the following information of the new pass holder:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number incl. country code

Registration of pass transfer is charged with an administrative fee of €50. The new pass holder will then receive a new order confirmation and QR code. We accept pass transfers until September 5th 2024.

Change to a higher level is not possible after sign-up. If your level is sold out (fullt) at the moment, please wait until new passes are being released.

If you have signed up already and want to change to a higher level, the only 2 options are:

1. Wait until new passes are released, buy the pass for the level you wish to attend, and then contact us to cancel the first one and get a refund according to our cancellation policy.

2. Hold on to your pass until registration at info desk next year, and ask to change level. There might or might not be a possibility to change your level, as this depends on the actual number of participants for each level as the event starts.
