We are now counting the very last few weeks, getting really close to our Rueda event starting August 31st.

We have had quite a big number of e-mails and messages concerning changes, cancellations and selling of passes the last couple of months. We apologize for taking some time to answer all of you.

This post is to remind you that according to our cancellation policy on our website, there are no refund for cancellations of congress pass, pre-congress, Meal Deal or hotel booking after August 1st. This is just in just a few days, so if you know that you need to make changes or cancel, you should notify us  in order to get some of your payment refunded.

We can only accept notifications on our official e-mail: post@ruedacongress.com, and hope for your understanding. Remember always to accompany your notification with all the information we need to know in order to make a refund, being your bank account number, bank name, bank address, IBAN and Swift code.
