Condition for the Rueda Congress 2020

If you have purchased a Rueda Congress pass or PRE Congress pass but are unable to attend:

  • Cancellation of your fullpass or pre-congress pass must be done in writing to post@ruedacongress.com
    Please submit your full name, and your sign-up receipt.

  • Sell your pass – only with a written confirmation in advance from post@ruedacongress.com First, check the sign-up status. You may only sell to a gender/level that is available. Email us the name, email, gender and level of the buyer. If approved, the buyer will receive a code to register with, without payment.

  • Refund – is given according to the following dates.
    Please email us your bank account, bank name, bank address, IBAN and Swift code.

     Cancellation date      Refund
     Until July 1st  70% of your payment
     Until August 1st  50% of your payment
     After August 1th  No refund

  • Pre-paid meals – may be refunded if you have notified post@ruedacongress.com no later than August 1st. After August 1st there is no refund on pre-paid meals.

  • All cancellations will be charged with administrative fee of 35 NOK (~ €3,5)

Unfortunately, we are not able to handle last-minute changes the week before the congress.

Tip: We recommend checking your travel insurance for claiming the amout that the Rueda Congress is not able to refund.
