The Workshops will be held at N.Kochs School, located in
Skt. Johannes Allé, where we have five rooms for the classes

We have made an agreement with hotel CABINN HOTELL Aarhus, which we will be using for the committee and artists, and we have negotiated an agreement for participants who wish to use this accomodation.

Breakfast is not included, it is an extra DKK 70/ €9 / £8 per person.
The prices in DKK will apply. The conversion is only a quick help, and based on the rates:
€1 = 7.43 DKK / £1 = 8.90 DKK / 100 NOK = 96.62 DKK.
Note! The rooms are small, on the size of a cabin. Hence the name..
Standard rooms have 4 beds, and very limited space for luggage. They do not fit
4 adults with luggage. (Penthouseværelse er 14m2 og Captain er på 20m2.)

As long as there is availability on this booking code, we ask that participants at the Rueda Congress not book online, but use e-mail or telephone. The reason is that it is very difficult to get booked hotel in Aarhus for this weekend due to Festugen (the city fest week), and by using the booking code, we have the best chance to keep the reservations that we have done for participants as long as possible. Thanks for your help!
