| 20:30 | Opening of the Mini Rueda Congress 2009 by congress host Merete Thorsen. Congress instructor Bernt Rygg warms up with a little rueda, before the female instructor star, Geldys Morales, makes us "Go Cuban". |
| 21:00 | Party warm-up at Holmen Bar: “Go Cuban“ with Cuban Geldys Morales - for everyone. |
| 21:30 | OPENING PARTY at Holmen Bar (Hotel Victoria), downtown Stavanger. |
| Friday September 4th | |
| 11:00 | City
stroll. Guided stroll in the center
of Stavanger and the old city, with lunch at
Samba & Grill. For everyone who has arrived in Stavanger. Meet up at the fish market. Lunch apr. 13.30. |
| 18:15 | WORKSHOPS in Bikubå / Kvaleberg skole, 3 parallel classes. See class schedule. Until 20:30. |
| 20:30 | Thai Buffet at Bikubå café. Save some time by using the fascilities at Bikubå to freshen up before the evening party, and buy a good value delicious dinner together with other participants. |

congress instructor Roynet Peréz (”el Monarca”), king of reggaeton and latin hip hop. |
| 22:00 | SALSA FIESTA at Bikubå. Congress DJs keep the floor hot, surprises by midnight. |

| 11:00 | WORKSHOPS with this year's congress instructors. 3 paralell classes, 4 levels. Until 17.30. |
| 14:30 | Lunch in Bikubå, fresh pasta salat and bread. Until 15.15. |
| 20:00 | Congress Dinner at Pushkin Restaurant & Bar, beside Folkets Hus. (Not included in the pass). Sign up in advance (Nok 150,- online) and drop-in (Nok 200,-) until sold out. |

Rueda de casino with Nordic Salsa Champion 2009,
congress instructor Erodys Castillo. For everyone who dance rueda, we make two ruedas if necessary. |
| 22:00 | AFROCUBAN PARTY at Folkets Hus, downtown Stavanger. DJ Ramos and DJ Mami Chula, dance shows, Cuban vibe and Social Rueda Contest where everyone may participate without sign-up. |

| 11:30 | WORKSHOPS in Bikubå / Kvaleberg skole, 3 parallel classes. Se schedule. Until 15.00. |
| 15:00 | Lunch in Bikubå, pizza. Until 15.45. (Then get ready for transit to Rosenkildehuset for the Matiné.) |
