This year we offer only all-inclusive
congress pass, and it must be purchased online.
A limited number of congress passes are avilable, as we intend to keep the size
of the festival around 200 participants, due to the size of the venues.

actual prices for online pre-payment are in NOK. Pre-payments in
non-Norwegian currencies will be converted to NOK based on the
exchange rate at the time of purchase. Approximate prices in GBP and
EUR have been listed for your convenience (based on an exchange rates of

1 to app. NOK 8,0).
Student
discount requires valid 2008 student ID to be presented upon

Note that pass prices will increase
monthly after june 1st, and in case of very uneven numbers of men and women
there will be set up a
waiting list (notification upon signup). Therefore we recommend to sign up as soon as possible, and
before the summer holiday.
Online signup will be taken down after september 1st, to prepare for the Congress passes will be sold at the venue, if there are still any left. Last
minute, and only if there are passes left, we will sell day passes at the venue.
But based on experience, the Rueda Congress draws most participants when held in
Stavanger, and with our ambitious production this year, we hope for a sellout!
There will be no party pass for sale, but the
programme will show whether the evening parties are available for
non-passholders, and the entrance fee.

Group discount
Groups of 5 couples are given one free pass
when signed up within august 1st,
on the following conditions:
- The group contact emails a list
with the 10 names of the group members (5 guys and 5 girls) to Bjarte Langeland
( bjarte@online.no | picture
), who shortly will
reply with a confirmation e-mail.
- After the group contact has received the confirmation
e-mail from Bjarte, 9 of the people on the list must individually sign up
online and pay the pass price valid for the time of payment. Each of the
group members should enter the name of the group contact in the "Other info" field of the
sign-up form.
- The group will be offered one free pass for
the group member who has not yet signed up and paid, when the two points
above are completed. (How this discount is divided within the group is entirely up to the
group.)
