  • Please respect the levels in the rueda classes (see table below), blue classes are open to all levels. 
  • Please arrive and be ready for class on time
  • For lunch you have the choice of skipping one class for an hour and a half lunch break or to bring a sack lunch / buy at venue and eat during the short breaks. Remember to bring a bottle of water in you bag for the classes. 
  • Festival de rueda means dancing and practicing rueda moves, new moves are not introduced in these classes. 
  • NS refers to the Norwegian Rueda Standard. NS#1 is part one, NS#2 is part 2. 
  • You may not record video during classes, but the instructors may be asked to repeat the moves in the end of each class for recording purposes. 
  • Lists of moves taught in most of the rueda classes will be available on web and printouts during the week-end.

Congress Gala Dinner at The Bali Brasserie

 

The Bali Brasserie is Hove's premier Indonesian-Malaysian Restaurant, run by owner TC (Tanjit Calais). TC and his chefs have brought the very best of Indonesian and Malaysian food to the Bali Brasserie. Their menu features dishes rarely seen outside the top London restaurants and they are renowned for their house speciality: The Indonesian Rijsttafel (Rice Table). A tribute to the quality of their cuisine was The Bali Brasserie being chosen to cater for H.R.H. Prince Charles at the Brighton Royal Pavillion.

> Indonesian Salad - Crunchy salad in a light dressing
> Keripik - Peanuts and potato crisps in a dry caramel chilli sauce
> Sambal Blachan - Chillies cooked with shrimp paste served at your table

Note; Vegetarian and fish versions of the set meal are available on request. The Bali Brasserie also are able to cater for people with dairy allergies and wheat allergies (they use very little flour in their recipes and only the noodles would be wheat based).
